Change Order Details
To change your address before an order has shipped, please contact us by email support@mynamenecklace.com with the following details and we’ll update them accordingly:
- Street address with apartment number
- City
- Country
- Postcode
We can change your shipping address until your item has been sent for packaging, at which point we carefully prepare your personalized jewellery for shipping.
Any changes made to an order while it is still during production will happily be accommodated, free of charge. To avoid having your order arrive late, we advise against making changes during popular national events and holidays.
If you already placed your order but selected the wrong product or want to change the personalization details, please contact our Customer Care Team: support@mynamenecklace.com.
We’ll be more than happy to modify your order, at no extra charge, as long as it hasn’t shipped.
